Job Title: HR Business Partner Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR professional with a balanced focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering with business stakeholders on employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition 50%

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and drive onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring turnaround time, offer acceptance, and conversion ratios.
- Build talent pipelines and improve the quality of shortlisted candidates.

2. HR Generalist – 50%

- Partner with business leaders to address people-related matters and business priorities.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and employee lifecycle processes.




- Drive employee engagement, communication, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and compensation processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, transfers, exits, attendance, and payroll-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Analyse HR metrics, including attrition, headcount, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
