- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across pan-India locations covering inward, GRN, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, transfers and returns/RTO.
- Own B2B and B2C order fulfilment from order receipt through dispatch, ensuring defined TAT and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams at different locations and ensure consistent process execution and SOP adherence.
- Plan manpower and allocate resources based on order volumes, operational workload and business requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification and system reconciliation; investigate shortages, excess and damages.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners and internal logistics teams for timely pickups, dispatches and delivery resolution.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, storage locations, FIFO/FEFO and protected handling of nutrition/FMCG products.
