Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, selection and offer processes.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Positive communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within tight timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS/recruitment tools.
