- Deliver customer orders accurately and on time within the assigned area.
- Collect orders from the store and check that items and quantities match the order before leaving.
- Handle products carefully and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
- Collect payments (cash or digital) where applicable and deposit them correctly.
- Update delivery status in the app or with the store team after each delivery.
- Coordinate with the store team and customers regarding addresses, timings and any delivery issues.
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers at all times.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines while on the road.
Requirements:
- 10th pass or higher (12th pass preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of delivery experience can apply.
- Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler in good working condition.
- Own smartphone with basic knowledge of using apps and Google Maps.
- Positive knowledge of local areas and routes in Jodhpur.
- Honest, punctual and responsible, with good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
