Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated Field HR Recruiters to support recruitment activities through field visits and candidate sourcing in Chennai. Both freshers and experienced candidates from any industry background are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates through field visits and local networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Support recruitment and hiring activities to meet staffing requirements.
- Build candidate networks and maintain recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely hiring.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic English communication and knowledge of at least one regional language are required.
- Candidates from any industry background are welcome.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field is mandatory.
