Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer discussions and joining follow-ups.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- IT recruitment experience is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
? Key: This is a strictly 100% onsite position in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts. Remote/WFH is not available.
