The candidate should have a positive attitude, a qualified personality, and the ability to meet new customers, interact with senior officers, and build strong business relationships. He should be comfortable with fieldwork, travelling to different sites, visiting automobile dealerships, car washing centres, service centres, and industrial units to generate new business opportunities. The candidate should be capable of identifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, conducting regular follow-ups, negotiating with customers, and closing sales deals. He should also have good customer-handling skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain daily visit reports and sales records. Honesty, discipline, punctuality, a willingness to learn, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets are essential for this position. Candidates with experience in automobile sales, industrial equipment, machinery, or field marketing will be preferred.
