Role & Responsibilities of a Civil Site EngineerResponsible for overall site management and execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project timelines. Manage manpower allocation, supervision, productivity, and material planning, consumption, and wastage control. Understand client requirements, take routine technical decisions within approved authority, and ensure accurate implementation in office. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for approvals, technical clarifications, and progress updates. Monitor work quality, safety, site expenses, and daily progress. Maintain site records and reports, resolve execution issues, and ensure timely project completion within the approved budget and quality standards.
