Job Description

Airtel Payments Bank is hiring energetic and target-oriented candidates for its Distribution Channel across the above locations. The role involves customer acquisition, opening Airtel Payments Bank accounts, and driving debit card sales through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers and open Airtel Payments Bank accounts.

- Achieve daily sales targets through field visits and customer engagement.

- Promote and sell Airtel Payments Bank debit cards.

- Generate leads and build a strong customer network within the assigned territory.

- Explain banking products, features, and advantages to prospective customers.

- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.

Salary & Incentives

? Net Take-Home Salary:



₹15,000 per month

? Additional Allowance: ₹1,750 per month

? Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹26,750

Important: Salary and earnings are linked to the applicable variable-pay structure and performance terms. Actual earnings may vary based on target achievement and the employer's compensation policy.

Daily Sales Targets

- 2 Airtel Payments Bank account openings per day

- 1 debit card sale per day (₹299 card value)

Eligibility Criteria

- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.

- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve daily targets.

- Freshers and experienced candidates with field sales experience may apply.
