? Assist customers with software setup, updates, and system configuration

? Coordinate with the internal technical team to resolve complex support issues

? Respond to customer queries and provide timely technical assistance

? Maintain service reports and document client visits and issue resolutions

? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and skilled support

? Stay updated with new software features and technical enhancements

? Salary:

? Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 (As per Skill & Experience)
