Job Description: Site Supervisor – Electrical (Substation)

Job Location: Yavatmal or Nanded District, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹3.00–₹3.25 LPA
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering
Experience Required:
- Diploma: Minimum 3 years
- ITI: Minimum 5 years
- Experience in 132 kV / 220 kV / 400 kV substations is required.
Project Duration: 12–18 months, extendable based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical equipment installation and erection activities, ensuring proper alignment as per approved drawings.
- Monitor conductor stringing, sagging, and tensioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and update project status.
- Coordinate with contractor teams and logistics personnel for material handling and site activities.
- Inspect hardware fittings, insulator installations, and ground clearance to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
