Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, system maintenance, and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems across office and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Hardware Management

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs when required.
- Maintain IT asset records, including allocation, replacement, and inventory.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and peripherals.

2. Software Management

- Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
- Provide technical support for ERP, accounting software, billing software, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot software errors, system crashes, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates, implementation, and issue resolution.

3. Networking & Technical Support

- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and access-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT problems.
- Manage email configuration, user accounts,



and access permissions.

4. Data Security & Backup

- Ensure regular data backups and assist in data recovery when required.
- Maintain antivirus protection, security updates, and system access controls.
- Follow IT security policies and help protect company data from unauthorized access.

5. IT Administration

- Maintain IT documentation, service records, and software license details.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors.
- Monitor IT equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Provide timely resolution of IT support tickets and user complaints.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hardware, software, and IT support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking.
- Experience with printers, scanners, antivirus, backups, and email configuration.
- Familiarity with ERP, POS, accounting, or inventory management software will be an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or food processing industries will be preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple IT support requirements independently.
- Willingness to provide support across company offices and operational locations, as required.
- Responsible, organized, and focused on minimizing IT downtime.
