- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Explain Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products, advantages, coverage, and premium details.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business.
- Follow up with interested customers and pending proposals.
- Assist customers with quotations, documentation, renewals, and policy issuance.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team and insurance companies for policy issuance and customer support.
- Ensure accurate information is provided to customers and follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
