Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities for solar plant installation and maintenance
- Manage and guide technicians, electricians, and helpers at site
- Ensure proper installation of panels, inverters, wiring, and structures
- Monitor plant performance and generation records
- Identify faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and repair
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation
- Ensure material availability and proper utilization
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Skills & Requirements

- Basic knowledge of solar systems (PV modules, inverters, AC/DC wiring)




- Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts
- Strong problem-solving skills for fault detection
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting, emails)
- Valuable communication skills

Working Conditions

- 8–9 hours duty (site-based work)
- Travel to different project sites may be required

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable)

- Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants
- Knowledge of net metering and grid synchronization
- Familiarity with safety standards and electrical regulations
