Job Description

NovL Solutions Private Limited is hiring experienced CNC Wire Cut / Wire EDM Operators for multiple manufacturing and precision engineering companies across Bengaluru.

We are looking for candidates with practical experience operating Wire EDM machines, handling precision components and maintaining dimensional accuracy.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Wire Cut / Wire EDM machines independently.
- Perform wire threading, job loading, machine setup and workpiece alignment.
- Read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
- Execute cutting programs and monitor machining operations.
- Perform rough cutting and skim cutting as required.
- Inspect finished components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy, surface finish and product quality.
- Identify and report machine alarms, wire breakage and machining issues.
- Follow machine safety procedures and production requirements.
- Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with CNC Wire Cut / Wire EDM machines.
- Knowledge of Wire EDM machining processes and machine operation.
- Experience with brands such as Sodick, Mitsubishi, Makino, Fanuc Robocut or equivalent machines is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of precision measuring instruments.




- 10th/ ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Independent machine setting and programming skills are an added advantage.

Important Eligibility Note

Candidates must have actual Wire Cut / Wire EDM machine experience.

Experience limited to CNC Turning, VMC or conventional machining alone will not meet this vacancy's requirements.
