We are looking for an energetic, physically active Warehouse Operations Lead to head our daily warehouse floor operations. This is a hands-on working lead role (60% physical floor activity, 40% team coordination and stock tracking).

You will work directly on the operational floor, leading the team by example—actively transferring 30 kg bulk sacks to the sorting table, managing the cleaning and sorting workflow, and supervising the Lead Packer and 2 General Helpers.

1. Key Responsibilities & Floor DutiesHeavy Handling & Sorting Setup:

- Hands-on Lifting: Physically move, lift, and stage 30 kg bulk bags/sacks from main storage onto the primary sorting and cleaning tables.
- Direct and work alongside the 2 Helpers during sorting, cleaning, grading, and matching operations to ensure continuous material flow to the packing desk.

1. Floor Supervision & Daily Output:

- Supervise and drive daily productivity for 3 team members (1 Lead Packer + 2 Warehouse Helpers).
- Ensure strict adherence to product cleanliness, weight accuracy, sealing, and repacking quality standards.
- Maintain shift discipline and enforce the 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM schedule, ensuring staggered lunch breaks so floor operations never pause completely.

- Maintain daily manual/Excel registers for bulk raw materials received and finished packed stock moved to dispatch.
- Monitor wastage, dust/chaff removal logs during sorting, and track damaged bags.
- Coordinate with management for daily dispatch orders and replenishment stock.

- Enforce personal hygiene and clean-handling rules across all staff during sorting and repacking.
- Keep the floor, sorting tables, scales, and sealing machinery clean, organized, and clear of hazards.
- Candidate Requirements & SkillsPhysical Capability: High physical stamina; must be comfortable routinely lifting and moving 30 kg bulk bags throughout the day.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in wholesale food grains, dry fruits, pulses, or FMCG warehouse/store operations.
- Leadership: Ability to command respect on the floor, manage workers firmly, and maintain team discipline.
- Basic Literacy & Math: Transparent reading/writing skills for stock registers, weight scale validation, and tallying quantities.
