We are looking for an experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee housekeeping manpower operations across multiple client locations. The candidate will be responsible for manpower supervision , site supervision, attendance management, client coordination, service quality, statutory compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

- Plan and deploy housekeeping manpower according to client requirements and approved budgets.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability at all sites.
- Arrange immediate replacements for absenteeism, resignations, and staff shortages.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and staff allocation.
- Monitor daily housekeeping operations across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspect cleaning quality and staff performance.
- Ensure proper utilization of housekeeping equipment, machinery, and cleaning materials.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Coordinate with client representatives and address service-related concerns.
- Attend client meetings and review operational performance.
- Handle complaints, implement corrective actions, and maintain client satisfaction.




- Ensure services are delivered according to contractual terms and agreed service levels.
- Lead and guide housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and field officers.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Arrange staff training on cleaning procedures, safety, hygiene, and equipment handling.
- Take corrective action on recurring operational issues.

- Required Qualifications and SkillsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience in facility management, housekeeping, or manpower services.
- Experience managing multiple sites and large housekeeping teams.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of manpower deployment, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and operational reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
