We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive who can communicate with parents, manage enquiries and help grow student admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall parents and follow up with enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, advertisements and other channels.
- Explain our Abacus courses, class schedules, fees and advantages clearly to parents.
- Understand parents' needs and handle questions and objections professionally.
- Book demo classes and coordinate with teachers.
- Follow up with parents after demo classes and convert interested families into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up dates and admission status in Google Sheets or our CRM.
- Send relevant course information and reminders through WhatsApp.
- Support local marketing activities, referral campaigns and admission promotions.
- Submit daily reports covering calls, conversations, demos booked, follow-ups and admissions.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any stream.




- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is sufficient.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with parents.
- Basic computer, smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Sheets skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and consistent follow-up habits.
- Sales, telecalling or education-sector experience is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply.

Performance ExpectationsThe candidate will be evaluated on:

- Daily calling and follow-up completion.
- Qualified enquiries contacted.
- Demo classes booked and attended.
- Admissions converted and revenue generated.
- Accuracy of lead records and timely reporting.

CompensationFixed monthly salary based on skills and experience, plus performance-based incentives for achieving agreed targets.
