Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented WhatsApp Sales Executive to convert incoming customer enquiries and leads into successful sales for our clothing business.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers through WhatsApp and phone calls, explaining our clothing products and offers, handling customer objections, and convincing customers to place orders.

We need someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to turn enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and customer enquiries received through WhatsApp.
- Contact potential customers through WhatsApp messages and phone calls.
- Explain clothing products, prices, offers, sizes, quality, and other details.
- Convince interested customers to place orders and successfully convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with customers who enquire but do not purchase immediately.
- Handle customer objections regarding pricing, quality, delivery, and payment.
- Share product photos, videos,



catalogues, and promotional offers with customers.
- Build good relationships with customers and maintain professional communication.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, confirmed orders, and sales conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in WhatsApp sales, telecalling, telesales, or customer handling is preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive follow-up skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
