Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, explain the company's financial products and services, and schedule follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce the company's financial products and services, including Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Loans, and Demat Accounts.
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling records, customer details, and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Update customer information and call reports in the company's CRM or Excel sheets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex questions to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and client onboarding.
- Maintain polite communication and follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements.
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confidence and a qualified telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections politely.
- Good listening, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn about financial products and services.
- Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
