1. Customer Service & Sales Support

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in product selection and explain product features.
- Encourage customers to purchase related or complementary products.
- Handle customer queries politely and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Store Operations & Merchandise Management

- Arrange products neatly and maintain attractive product displays.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged and displayed with correct pricing.
- Refill shelves and maintain product availability throughout the day.
- Keep the store clean, organized and customer-ready at all times.
- Support opening and closing activities of the store.

3. Inventory & Stock Handling

- Assist in receiving and checking stock delivered from the warehouse.




- Arrange products in the correct locations as instructed by the Store Manager.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect products immediately.
- Support stock counting and inventory verification activities.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage or loss.

4.

Team Coordination & Store

- SupportCoordinate with the Cash/Billing Executive and Security Executive for smooth store operations.
- Follow instructions given by the Store Manager and complete assigned responsibilities on time.
- Support promotional activities, seasonal displays and special events.
- Maintain discipline, grooming and skilled behaviour during working hours.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager.
