We are looking for ambitious, confident and target-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about building relationships and growing businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calling, networking, referrals and field visits.
- Connect with colleges, universities, educational institutions and corporate organisations.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with principals, directors, faculty coordinators and decision-makers.
- Present Beyond Blue's educational tours, international programmes and experiential learning solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Confident in cold calling, client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for institutional and corporate meetings.
