Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Field Sourcing:
- Conduct regular field visits, cold-calling, and direct customer meetings to pitch home loans and LAP options.
- Build and maintain a network of channel partners, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, real estate brokers, CA firms, and property consultants. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Customer Interaction & Advisory:
- Understand customer funding needs, evaluate eligibility, and recommend suitable home loan or mortgage packages.
- Explain interest rates, repayment tenure, charges, and documentation requirements clearly to clients. [1, 2]
- Documentation & File Processing:
- Collect, check, and verify KYC, income, property, and legal/technical papers as per company or bank guidelines.
