Key Responsibilities:

- Tour Operations & Execution: End-to-end planning, coordination, and flawless execution of domestic and international educational tours, industrial visits, and student field trips.
- Client & Vendor Management: Liaise with school/college authorities, teachers, local vendors, hotels, transport providers, and guides to ensure seamless arrangements.
- Student Safety & Logistics: Ensure strict safety protocols, risk assessment, itinerary compliance, and prompt emergency response during student travel.
- On-Ground Leadership: Accompany groups as needed, managing ground logistics, student check-ins, meals, and day-to-day tour schedules.
- Costing & Budgeting: Assist in preparing trip itineraries, budget estimates, vendor negotiation, and post-tour financial reconciliation.
- Feedback & Quality Assurance: Collect and analyze feedback from schools and students to continuously improve tour quality and itinerary standards.

Requirements & Skills:

- Prior experience in travel/hospitality, ideally handling student or group travel.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability, emergency management skills, and willingness to travel alongside student groups.
