Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to primary-grade students through online classes. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Hindi, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make language learning engaging, interactive, and effective in a virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi to primary-level students using engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and digital learning resources.
- Conduct interactive online classes to improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and other academic documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
- Participate in online staff meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities.
- Create an inclusive and supportive virtual learning environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a relevant discipline from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is preferred; candidates with relevant primary teaching qualifications will be given preference.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi grammar, literature, reading, and writing.
- Good command of classroom communication and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.

Experience Required

- 1–2 years of teaching experience as a Primary Teacher (PRT), preferably teaching Hindi.
- Experience teaching primary-grade students in an online or offline school environment.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and strong teaching aptitude may also be considered.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and teaching competencies.
