Order Packing: Safely and efficiently pack items according to product specifications, company standards, and customer requirements using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, poly bags).
Order Verification: Cross-check picked items against packing slips or digital order manifests to ensure correct items, quantities, and variants are packed.
Labeling & Shipping Prep: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, fragility warnings, and promotional inserts correctly onto outbound packages.
Quality & Damage Control: Inspect products prior to packing for defects or damage and report issues to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Inventory & Stock Assistance: Assist in loading/unloading goods, inventory counting, and moving packed boxes to the dispatch staging area.
Workplace Safety & Neatness: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure packing station and ensure packing material inventory is tracked and restocked.
