• Lead and manage the kitchen team

• Plan menus & maintain food quality
• Ensure hygiene and kitchen standards
• Manage food cost, stock & wastage
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure timely preparation & service
Requirements:
✅ Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine
