Key Responsibilities of Supervisor

Operations Management

• Supervise inbound, outbound, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure adherence to customer SLA and productivity targets.

• Monitor manpower deployment across shifts.

• Coordinate with transport, security, and inventory teams.

• Ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles.

Manpower Management

• Manage operators, pickers, packers, helpers, and contract workforce.

• Ensure attendance, shift allocation, and productivity monitoring.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and shift briefings.

• Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years in Warehouse Operations / 3PL Industry

Skills Required

• Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• MS Excel & MIS Reporting
