Samarth Associates is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in New Panvel. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in real estate sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in buying or investing in properties.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and calling.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and local area knowledge would be an advantage.
