- Coordinate with SBI bank officials regarding home loan applications.
- Follow up on loan applications, document verification, approvals, and disbursements.
- Collect, check, and submit the required customer documents to the bank.
- Track the status of pending loan files and ensure timely processing.
- Communicate with customers regarding documentation requirements and application updates.
- Resolve documentation-related queries in coordination with bank officials and the sales team.
- Maintain records of loan applications, pending cases, and daily follow-ups.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and update loan status in Excel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and SBI bank official
