Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and passionate about sales to join our real estate team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with prospective clients, explaining property/project details, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment benefits.

* Follow up consistently with prospective clients.

* Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

* Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication.

* Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.

* Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

* Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.

* Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

* Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

* Basic knowledge of real estate and property sales.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, and basic computer applications.

* Ability to handle customers professionally and build trust.

Language Requirements

Mandatory:

* Telugu – Fluent

* English – Good communication

* Hindi – Good communication

Preferred Candidate

* 1–3 years of experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales roles.

* Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

* Candidates who are confident in making calls and meeting customers are preferred.

* Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
