Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to expand our B2B travel-agent network, build relationships with travel partners, onboard new agencies and generate qualified business opportunities for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential travel agencies, tour operators and B2B travel partners.
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups to establish business relationships.
- Introduce the company's travel services and understand partner requirements.
- Qualify leads and onboard new travel agencies.
- Activate onboarded agencies and reconnect with inactive partners to generate business.
- Coordinate with the Sales team and hand over qualified travel requirements for quotation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate agency records, follow-up schedules and lead status in the CRM.
- Track daily outreach and report progress against assigned targets.




- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Agency approaches: 125 per month.
- Recent agency onboarding: 6–7 agencies per month.
- Inactive agency reactivation: Contact at least 10 inactive agencies per month.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate CRM records.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, B2B sales, telecalling or business development. Travel industry experience is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in outbound calling and WhatsApp business communication.
- Strong relationship-building, follow-up and lead qualification skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
