We are looking for energetic, confident and customer-focused individuals who enjoy sales, perfumes and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their fragrance preferences.

- Demonstrate and recommend perfumes based on customer requirements.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Create an engaging and memorable customer experience.

- Upsell and cross-sell products and fragrance combinations.

- Maintain product displays, testers and store cleanliness.

- Handle billing and basic POS operations.

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

- Support store promotions, offers and marketing activities.





- Take ownership of the overall store sales performance.

What We're Looking For

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, fashion, cosmetics, perfumes or FMCG is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, presentable and energetic personality.

- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.

- Good English and Hindi communication; Kannada is an added advantage.

- Target-oriented with a positive and competitive attitude.

- Willingness to learn about fragrances and perfume profiles.

- Candidates who take ownership and are willing to grow with a startup are preferred.
