Quantity Surveyor
? Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month
? Gender: Male candidates preferred
? Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Job Description:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and construction materials.
- Handle quantity take-offs and measurement sheets.
- Prepare and verify contractor bills and invoices.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure accurate measurements and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and quantity surveying.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
