Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications, APIs, and databases. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in backend development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain server-side applications and backend systems.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
- Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.
- Ensure data security and implement appropriate authentication and authorization.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and updates.

Required Skills:

- Backend Development: Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language, such as Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, or C#.
- Frameworks: Experience with Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Laravel, Express.js, ASP.NET, or similar frameworks.
- Frontend Development: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks, with an understanding of frontend-backend integration.
- Full-Stack Development: Understanding of full-stack technologies and the ability to work across frontend and backend applications.
- Database Management: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
- API Development & Integration: Ability to develop, integrate, test,



and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- DevOps & Deployment: Knowledge of application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and version control practices.
- Server Setup & Management: Understanding of server configuration, hosting, setup, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, ports, and network troubleshooting.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Security & Performance: Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Ability to identify and resolve application, server, database, networking, and deployment issues.
- Software Development Principles: Understanding of data structures, algorithms, coding standards, and software design principles.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical thinking, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with full-stack development projects.
- Experience in server setup, application hosting, and production deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of server monitoring, network configuration, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience optimizing database queries and application performance.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and IT/network teams to resolve technical issues.

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or a related field preferred.
