Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Inventory Manager to manage inventory, supervise warehouse operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment for our growing D2C jewellery brand

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inventory, stock inward and outward and SKU-wise stock records.
- Supervise and manage the inventory, packing and dispatch team.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across the website and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation and physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
- Manage customer returns, RTOs and stock adjustments.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment requirements and inventory discrepancies.




- Maintain daily MIS reports related to inventory, orders and dispatch.
- Improve warehouse efficiency, stock organisation and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce, fashion or jewellery.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Experience in team handling, order processing and logistics coordination.
- Solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage daily inventory and operations
