- Generate home loan business through assigned geographical areas.
- Identify recent business sources and develop relationships with channel partners.
- Source and manage leads, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate customer documentation, KYC and loan processing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
Eligibility from our earlier JD
- Graduate or postgraduate.
- 6 months to 5 years of sales experience; home loans, BFSI or other sales experience.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Monthly CTC previously discussed: ₹25,000–₹33,333 plus incentives.
