- Operate injection moulding machines as per approved process parameters.
- Set and monitor parameters such as temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure, cycle time, and cooling time.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of moulds with the authorized team.
- Monitor product quality, including dimensions, weight, colour, and visual appearance.
- Identify and report defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, burn marks, warpage, and black spots.
- Perform routine machine checks and maintain cleanliness of the machine and workplace.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
