About Us. BAUR Folien India Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of a German manufacturing company specializing in membrane gas storage systems for biogas and renewable energy applications (CBG).

Our factory in Talegaon manufactures customized membrane gas holders using technical PVC and FPP fabrics, cutting and welding processes, and various externally sourced mechanical and electrical components.

We are looking for a reliable, technically capable and proactive Procurement Executive to support our growing manufacturing operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource and purchase technical fabrics, stainless steel fasteners, fabricated metal components, mechanical and electrical accessories, tools, consumables and industrial services.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers across India.
- Obtain competitive quotations, prepare price comparisons and negotiate favorable commercial conditions.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements with Production, Engineering, Quality and Warehouse.
- Plan and follow up material deliveries according to production schedules and project deadlines.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and maintain accurate purchasing records in ERPNext.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and logistics providers.
- Monitor supplier quality, delivery reliability, price developments and procurement efficiency.
- Maintain transparent price benchmarks and actively identify measurable cost-saving opportunities.
- Support inventory planning and avoid material shortages or unnecessary stock accumulation.





Purchasing Governance and IntegrityThe Procurement Executive will work directly under the Director / Head of Purchasing.

All supplier approvals, purchasing authorizations and commercial decisions must follow the Company's established approval procedures.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, kickbacks, undisclosed commissions, conflicts of interest and unauthorized supplier arrangements.

Integrity, transparency and accountability are essential requirements for this position.

Annual Performance BonusIn addition to the fixed salary, the successful candidate may qualify for an annual discretionary performance bonus based on:

- Verified procurement cost savings.
- Successful supplier development and competitive sourcing.
- Timely material availability and delivery performance.
- Purchasing and inventory process efficiency.
- Accurate ERPNext records and compliance with purchasing procedures.
- Overall individual and company performance.

The bonus is performance-based and not guaranteed.

- Requirements3–6 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement.
- Good understanding of technical materials, engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
- Experience with vendor sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations and purchase orders.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills; ERPNext experience is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English for communication with international management.
- Hindi and Marathi for local supplier communication.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Practical, hands-on and solution-oriented personality.
