? Qualification

- MBA in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
- Graduate/Postgraduate

? Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in hospital administration, centre operations, or patient management preferred.

? Key Responsibilities

- Patient Experience: Interact with patients, address grievances, and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Centre Operations: Manage daily activities, staff rosters, and employee grievances.
- Doctor & Staff Coordination: Maintain effective relationships with doctors and paramedical teams.
- Ayushman Portal & Data Management: Handle patient records, data entry, and Ayushman Portal-related work.
- Quality & Compliance:



Ensure adherence to healthcare quality standards and operational procedures.
- Patient Growth & Marketing: Support local marketing activities to increase patient registrations and centre footfall.
- Communication & Service: Ensure timely and responsive support to patients through in-person, telephone, and electronic communication.
