We are currently hiring for a Civil Site Engineer position for our active project sites located along the Western Line, with our head office based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

- Job Location: Multiple Project Sites along the Western Suburbs / Western Line (Mumbai)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
- Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience and expertise)
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Preferred Candidates: Local candidates or those currently residing in Mumbai

Position Summary :

We are looking for a energetic and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute civil construction activities across our project sites situated along the Western Line of Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for daily site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and reporting progress back to our head office in Andheri East.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision: Supervise day-to-day civil construction and finishing activities at project sites along the Western Line in accordance with approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure stringent quality standards for materials and workmanship are maintained, and enforce strict on-site safety protocols.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily construction progress, manage material inventory, and report milestone updates regularly to the head office in Andheri East.
- Contractor & Labor Coordination:



Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and labor teams to ensure workflow efficiency and timely execution.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, measurement records, and assist with site-level billing and technical problem-solving.
- Candidate Profile & RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory requirement).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on civil site execution experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Location Preference: Local candidates currently based in Mumbai (particularly familiar with the Western Suburban corridor) are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, RCC structures, finishing works, and the ability to read engineering drawings and use AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, strong on-site leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
