Commis 1 - Continental | Nineteenth May, Sector 67 Mohali
Nineteenth May is a premium resto-bar, catering and events brand in Mohali, running since 2019. We need a Commis 1 for our Continental section (restaurant + corporate catering).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare continental dishes as per standard recipes: soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, grills, burgers, sandwiches, salads
- Mise-en-place for restaurant service and catering orders
- Maintain taste, portion and plating standards
- Follow FIFO, labelling, hygiene and FSSAI norms
- Support CDP / Chef in daily section work and catering production
Who we want:
- 2+ years as Commis in Continental / Italian kitchen (hotel, restaurant or cafe)
- Knowledge of mother sauces, pasta and basic baking is a plus
- Clean, disciplined and team player
What we offer:
- Salary Rs 20,000 - 22,000 per month (higher for deserving candidates)
- Duty meals, 1 weekly off
- Growth to CDP in a growing restaurant + catering business
