WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
️ Working Days: 6 Days
⏰ Working Hours: 2 Rotational Shifts
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Good command of English
- Calm, patient, and convincing approach
- Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure
- Knowledge of Marathi and Gujarati will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Manage customer queries and escalations efficiently
- Conduct on-call sales and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service
- Maintain customer records and feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, telesales, or customer handling roles preferred
