Job Title: SAP DMS / Open Text Senior Consultant

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

- 7+ years of experience
- Configure and support SAP DMS and OpenText solutions for document and content management requirements.
- Lead design and implementation of document management processes integrated with SAP business functions.




- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP DMS/OpenText functional solutions.
- Configure document types, classification systems, content repositories, and document workflows.
- Support OpenText VIM, ECM, Archive Server, and related document management capabilities.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to optimize document lifecycle management processes.
- Perform document migration, archive management, and data validation activities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects involving DMS and OpenText integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and production support issues.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Prepare solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure compliance with document retention, audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.
