DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is hiring a Demi Chef de Partie – South Indian at its Sarjapur Road hotel in Bengaluru. Support South Indian kitchen production with ingredient preparation, consistent dishes and organised food service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare batters, accompaniments, chutneys, curries and other South Indian items as assigned.
- Assist in breakfast and main-meal station readiness and smooth replenishment.
- Cook and plate dishes according to specified recipes and portions.
- Maintain clean workstations and safe handling of cooked and raw ingredients.
- Check stock rotation and notify the section chef of ingredient needs.
- Help coordinate timely service and support junior team members when directed.

Skills and Experience

- Experience or training in South Indian kitchen preparation and techniques.




- Ability to follow recipes and maintain flavour and presentation consistency.
- Understanding of cooking safety, safe storage and workstation hygiene.
- Collaborative approach, organisation and attention to detail.
