Job Summary

Innova Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst SAP SuccessFactors and Talent Systems to support enterprise Talent Management initiatives, business process transformation, and HR technology integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Management processes, business requirements analysis, data mapping, ETL processes, API integrations, and stakeholder management.

This position requires the ability to collaborate with global teams, translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, and support end-to-end system integration and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Talent Management initiatives.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.

- Develop business requirement documents, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.

- Identify gaps in existing Talent Management processes and recommend improvements.

SAP SuccessFactors and Talent Systems

- Analyze Talent Management workflows and SAP SuccessFactors system functionality.

- Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives.





- Work with business and technical teams to improve HR and Talent processes.

- Ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives.

Data Integration and Technical Coordination

- Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.

- Work with technical teams on data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.

- Validate data flows, integration requirements, and system functionality.

- Identify integration issues and coordinate technical resolution.

Testing and Quality Assurance

- Develop test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

- Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Validate that system enhancements meet documented business requirements.

- Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support implementation readiness.

Stakeholder Management and Change Support

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, functional consultants, and project teams.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and project status meetings.

- Support change management and end-user adoption activities.

- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation actions.

- Work effectively with geographically distributed teams.





Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, HR technology, Talent Management, or enterprise systems.

- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst on SAP SuccessFactors or Talent Management initiatives.

- Strong understanding of Talent Management processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionality.

- Experience with data mapping, ETL methodologies, and API integrations.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation.

- Experience preparing BRDs, process flows, use cases, and test plans.

- Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to collaborate virtually with global teams.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification.

- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA.

- Experience supporting global HR technology transformation programs.

- Familiarity with project management tools and business analysis methodologies.

- Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives.
