- Understand client needs and provide solutions for existing plants or recent facilities
- Develop process design packages across various engineering phases
- Responsible for delivering complete process packages including process calculations, schemes, PFDs, P&IDs;, Service and Material Index, Line List, Heat and Mass balance.
- Handle process inputs for equipment datasheets, control valves, relief devices, operation and control philosophy
- Ensure process design meets statutory requirements.
- Participating in workshops like HAZOP, design reviews, etc.,
- Interface with other disciplines and stakeholders to meet process requirements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders like process licensors, OEMs, clients, and certification agencies.
- Lead and guide the team to achieve project objectives.
- Support team development, estimates, proposals, and ensure quality of work.
