As a Head of HR, you will lead and transform the human resources function for a rapidly growing organization, ensuring alignment between people strategy, compliance imperatives, and overall business objectives. • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.

• Proven expertise in end‑to‑end talent management and assembly of multidisciplinary HR teams.

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving business reviews and data‑based decisions.

• Deep understanding of compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions in India.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful learning and development programs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.

• Experience in overseeing HR budgets and vendor management with a focus on cost efficiency.
