DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is hiring a Demi Chef de Partie – Western at its Sarjapur Road hotel in Bengaluru. Assist the Western kitchen Chef de Partie with station preparation, production consistency and food-secure culinary service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Western dishes and supporting mise en place under section leadership.
- Maintain correct mise en place quantities and replenishment throughout service.
- Follow recipes, presentation guidance and portion specifications carefully.
- Support buffet, restaurant and in-room dining preparation as assigned.
- Record storage temperatures and observe allergen and food hygiene controls.
- Keep kitchen equipment clean, care for ingredients and report shortages.

Skills and Experience

- Relevant experience supporting Western cuisine in a commercial kitchen.




- Reliable cooking basics, mise en place and attention to plating details.
- Willingness to follow guidance and help colleagues during service.
- Good hygiene knowledge, teamwork and punctuality.
