Key Responsibilities

- Allocate and monitor daily guest room and public-area cleaning tasks.
- Inspect completed rooms for cleanliness, condition, amenities and presentation.
- Coordinate room status and priority arrivals with the front office team.
- Guide housekeeping associates on safe cleaning methods, etiquette and service standards.
- Monitor linen use, guest amenities, supplies and correct storage practices.
- Report maintenance faults and follow up with engineering on guest-area issues.
- Support lost-property procedures and discreet handling of guests' belongings.
- Maintain shift records, hygiene checklists and quality-improvement follow-ups.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Hotel housekeeping experience with inspection or team-coordination exposure.
- Knowledge of room cleaning standards, linen control and chemical safety.
- Ability to prioritise workflows, communicate clearly and guide associates.




- Strong attention to detail, guest privacy and reliability.
